Tried Smile recently. Given the hype this shop gets, I was looking forward to visiting.
Unfortunately, I left puzzled and disappointed.
Pricing was above standard.
Wiping everything, yes everything several times with wet wipes ... was ... distracting.
Interaction was often disrupted for this or that.
I worked really hard to gain some rapport throughout so as to make the interaction friendly. I did succeed to some extant.
When leaving, I'm told I can get discount next time.
But why bother. Why treat a first time customer that way.
Puzzling.
Not keen on returning at this point.
