As much as I love to see Ash Barty winning the French Open and her first personal grand slam victory but on a national scale it wasn’t as significant as the America's Cup - as many Aussie great ladies had won the French many times before. For the Aussie girls to win the women’s World Cup, yeah, that’s huge- that will be the biggest ladies team sports achievement we ever have ! In a sport the Australian are not very strong at traditionally - for that I am comparing with women’s hockey and basketball on which we had won world championship before. Did I miss anything??
