This is a topic that has been around for some time: Why girl Liverpool over Newtown?
It is not correct to generalize but this is based on average, and from what the girls told me.
I am close with some MLs and even if they live in sydneycbd, and sometimes worried about safety
in the train at night, they would still prefer the hour train ride to liverpool (2 hours return)
Even if transpo cost is higher and it's not too close to other shops, they bring own lunch anyway.
The Reasons:
Customers - more customers in Bigge, girls would normally have lunch at 2 or 3pm if lucky and don't
even have the time to check phone. they have 5-6 girls daily whereas NT have 7-8. But just count the
shops in King St between Newtown train stn and St Peters, almost 10 plus Penny's on the other side.
That is tough competition. But footflow is much better that's why the shop can still be busy.
Customers' attitude - yes there are some rough teenage middle eastern guys that visits Bigge St
but the older middle eastern guys, the indians, the asians, and aussies are more polite than
most of the customers in newtown (on average) Most of the NT guests are demanding with regards to
part 2 & extras but are stingy and some not willing to pay, whereas Bigge guests would always ask fs
but no haggling and would happily pay the right amount
Money - as mentioned above, busier in Bigge due to less competition, and better accessibility due
to closeness to station, and no trouble parking compared to newtown. Less stingy customers that would
not try to get the extras at a lower price. And yes, one of our brother is correct, the MLs can play
their tricks there and ask for tips for HJ or higher asking price in part2 and it works most time.
(NT guests are more clever, Bigge guests are more generous)
Privacy - most of the young MLs that are here on student visa are studying in UTS, or small colleges
in the city, and it is more likely to see classmates in NT due to proximity to CBD.
Misc:
i think it's ridiculous for Ella to charge 100-300 for fs but it is her right, although there are better choices.
i think it is julia's prerogative of what service/s she wants to provide and to whom so stop complaining.

Ella is free to ask the price and which ever water fish is free to fall for it. Personally if I was David I will kick her out simply because she is not that popular and asking price like this will upset certain customer and disrupted the business dynamics of the shop.
As for Julia not sure if u see the stuff before editing, there are other reason that brothers has a go at her, not just simply the stuff u can see now. I wish she know that I did her a favour but since I don't want her to know who I am guess that will never happen.
