Yeah, sorry to have missed the earlier post re Jesse not involved in managing No5 anymore. That's a shame as he is an excellent operator.

Glad to see Peter's response, though. I have noticed a deterioration in No5 service, girls, Reception (Young lady - not the two Chinese guys and not Peter). I've had two experiences with Peter and he seemed great. But, of course, I wasn't complaining about poor service and that's where the rubber hits the road. However, his reply above seems appropriate....
