That's my take of it too. WL are sex health conscious since it's there livelihood at stake here. No work no income.

I don't know the percentage. There are always desperate WL who will do BB for a number of reasons, but in the scheme of things they make up a tiny weeny fraction of the WL population.

Echoing meatro comment, most young people probably more carefree as far as their sexual experience is concern.
