Kamagra is unregulated and potential counterfeit examples exist so the quality control is not all there.

On the two occasions I have tried it, one packet turned out to be dud and had no (intended and side) effect whatsoever and the other occasion left me feeling very ill with a massive headache and feeling very nauseous.

Personally I don't trust what the contents of it are as it's an unregulated drug made in India.
