I messaged this place at 7.00 to see if Mimi was free tonight and got an immediate answer that she was. I answered and asked whether 7.45 was OK. I said I messaged back immediately to confirm a time and they didn't bother replying to my message so I had to ring them back 20 minutes later. I am well known to this place and I think any customer, not just regulars deserve better service than this.

You initially enquired about 7:00, then changed your mind to 7:45, so anything could have happened in between the texts, they could have accepted other bookings while you're still considering ! Unless they have no other customers to take care of !
