I couldn't agree more Cracker38, I've been going to see Cathy for years (and the previous owner before that), but with Cara gone, each new person doing the waxing is worse quality. And I had the most unenthusiastic, hopeless massage last time around, the girl constantly stopping and checking her phone and coughing over me, jeez ... I left early - no money back for time not used and no response from Cathy when I let her know. I won't be back again.
