No private section?

I have over 50 posts and yet nothing I do brings the private section up. Anyone else have this problem?

I have reached 50 posts and recently found out when someone sent me a PM. I have sent one to Pocketess. Can you go and check your inbox.

I went to the message folder and composed one with receipiant name.
