Rule of thumb is add 10 years to the advertised age. So an 18 yo is 28 yo

I tend to agree with this as general rule of thumb especially in suburban shops, it’s just the business model required.

Kind of like are the photos real or fake and now the trend of photo enhancement. Photo is real but improved big time..
