I only do CIP with someone I'm in a relationship with and only when I know that it's their safe week. Otherwise I'd rather pull out. Only once I did an accidental CIP on a rather good looking private WL that offered BBFS - she didn't mention pulling out before I stick it in and I've already cummed prematurely at that moment.
