i think it is somewhat true. i've seen a lot of hot girls in the casino between 2am and 6am in the mornings and i recognise a lot of them having ads in Scarlett Blue. but the funny thing is they seem to enjoy hanging around guys who cannot afford proper clothes or loser-type people. all that money they make to spend on those types of guys. i've stopped paying premium for such girls.
