Also feel like I’m being ignored on WeChat, probably because I haven’t been to MAC in a while . I just classify it as shitty customer service and move on to other massage shops

If you haven't done anything wrong and still receive crappy service from management then it's not all your fault. Many shops with sensible managers who know how to treat customers properly. Go elsewhere mate and you will be much more happier. 😊
