I actually think its due to less supply and so the girls all know the can charge higher. Spoke to a ml recently who has been here 4 years and she used to make $1200 working at a legit place place 5 days a week, but as a ml for the last year takes home double working 3 days a week. And she is average looking. So those that a fully booked day in/out will be easier raking in $1k plus a day.
