There are plenty around, communicate beforehand, find out who's working, who might suit your preferences, don't go in with too many preconceived ideas, a little research in terms of what standard rates for extras are (or go to a shop where that's all part of the price) and then just roll with it. There are good shops all over this big stinking city of ours, so it's just a matter of deciding which one works for you.
