I'd look for AR's for your area so you have a decent idea your service will be provided first.

Turn up, when they ask whether you've been there before, say you were recommended by a friend. Get naked asap and lie facedown. If there is no reaction to being naked or they're happy to hear that you were recommended I can pretty much guarantee that HE will be on offer. The websites are usually a dead giveaway too if they have a roster and blanked out faces.

If they're trying to cover you up or request you put on clothes, then at least ask about a healthcare rebate!
