There's nothing "standard" about the service anymore. And the quality of the services varies widely between girls. Mana would be a good example of this. And its $80 goes to the girl. $75 goes to the shop. It seems you don't seem to "see/understand".

Standard RnT Joint - $70 to $160 ph depending on inclusions
For the over 100 ph joints this usually means nude HJ, sometimes includes some sort of body slide.
Extras BJ - $30 - $50 if NHJ is included. $80 - $100 if not
FS - anywhere from $100 - $200 and what is included varies greatly from Girl to Girl.
So in a standard scenario you can get NHJ,CBJ,Vag Sex for $230 up in a RnT. There are cheaper gigs but I am generalising.
SBM,Blossom,Chilli,227, 227, Epping,Cathedral etc.
Next to no chance of BBBJ without extra to a smallish group, DATY on offer by some and DFK pretty much non existent.
I have 3 or 4 MLs that offer all the above at those shops for around $280 ph.
Compare that to CBD.
At CBD you are gong to get a guaranteed BJ , most times BBBJ plus DATY, DFK for $180 per hour.
If you feel the need for Vag Sex then it is another $100, making it $280 for the full suite.
Sure not every chick offers the lot at CBD but the bare minimum for $180 per hour is better than a normal RnT and usually will lead to more.

Regarding the Service and Optionality, yes for $135 for 30min that includes BBBJ/CIM - I'd say it's definitely up there. Problem is the standards aren't all the same and I don't agree that it's as good it used to be. On a side note I was at the shop and it was crazily booked out at 6pm, girls were available but not all rooms were free. They really need to move to the bigger premise soon.
