Some girls might drop their guard and allow BB if customer is seeing them regularly. Given that some girls are complaining lately that customers are not coming in as frequently as before then some will do what they can to bring more money for themselves.

When a girl has been providing a particular service and then abruptly ceases then there is probably some reason behind her decision. When a ML does BB, it could be due to not having a condom unlike a WL who has many with her. If there is B2B sliding then there's a remote possibility of a slip in. Even then you hear stories of WLs doing BB and they have many condoms in their bag. The reasons vary and situations are different.
