I'd say I'm more of the strong, silent type but truthfully, I'm not sure about the former. Mostly silent, but close to the finish line, I'll offer HER some encouragement ("Don't stop", "Make tight", "Yea, yea", etc.) just to avoid the DREADED situation as just as you're close, she slows down or stops, giving up, thinking it might not be possible.
The real keepers are, the occasions when I've given up, saying "Sorry, it's not going to happen", she refuses to take no for an answer, switching to oral to either completion or to encourage me that it IS possible.
