Best punting experience will depends on what are you looking after. Thailand is good for cheaper punting with girls in early 20s(average looking) and most are foreigner friendly. Amsterdam is good to get cheaper young caucasian but expect mostly standard service only(CBJ and no DFK). Philippines is also similar like Thailand but BBFS is pretty common there. Japan also quite common for BBFS with high quality girls and high price but its hard to find that is foreigner friendly or mostly offers to foreigner but standard service only. Those are just some examples. Also every country have a wide range of class, you could punt with as low as $10 in SEA countries or could even punt as high as $10.000+ with some models or JAV actresses.
