So basically 45mins is now $155 with $20 on top for BBBJ (Total - $175). Depending on the girl, it appears CIM is also optional and there's a fee for that.
If you go for full service ($100 extra) it will include BBBJ, taking a 45min session to $255 with BBBJ and FS. I'm still trying to find out on CIM, but that seems to YMMV.
