A HIGH-PROFILE sex offender who wears an ankle bracelet and is monitored 24 hours a day has been arrested after allegedly running a suspected brothel right under the nose of Corrective Service authorities.
The man, who cannot be named because he is on the sex offender register, was arrested last week during search warrants on his Maroubra home and a "massage" parlour based in Drummoyne.
Business records show the venue was registered in his name last June, but despite being one of the most watched men in NSW, the alleged breach was only identified this month.
The Daily Telegraph understands when authorities called him to ask why his bracelet was registering movement in the Drummoyne area, he told them he was delivering pamphlets for a friend's new business.
Corrective Services said it was unable to comment on whether physical visits and checks were made while the man was in the area.
But it said once the alleged breaches were identified, officers worked swiftly with police to get the man off the streets.
"Officers collaborated closely with police, resulting in the arrest of the offender late last week and police charging him with several breaches of his Extended Supervision Order."
The man is one of the most notorious sex offenders in the community after having committed several violent kidnapping and rapes across NSW and Queensland during the late 1980s and early '90s.
He served 12 years' jail for one such crime before being paroled in December 2007.
His parole was revoked within six months after he approached two women at a McDonald's restaurant, and he was returned to prison.
Later the man was put on an Extended Supervision Order, which allows at-risk inmates to be closely monitored using satellite tracking and other strict conditions while out in the community.
He did not apply for bail in Waverley Local Court last week but pleaded not guilty to four charges of breaching his Extended Supervision Orders.
Court documents show the breaches include refusing to take anti-libidinal medication, which reduces sexual urges. It is understood he stopped going to the doctor to receive this medication in February. Other alleged breaches include using the false name "Marcus" and entering a relationship, without telling authorities.
Police confirmed they raided the Drummoyne massage parlour and the man's home last Thursday and investigations were ongoing.
"A number of exhibits were seized at each location and these are still being reviewed," a police spokesman said.
Australian Federal Police were also involved in the raid and are investigating further.

But it seems fair to assume that some of the more basic demographic information is right. Among the things we might learn from (the processed data of) 10,000 porn stars:
- The most common bra size is 34B, and most female porn performers are brunettes.
- The top porn star-producing state is California, which has birthed four times as many porn stars (939) as its next-closest rival Florida (at 216). (After Florida come Texas, New York and Ohio.)
- Internationally, Hungary and the Czech Republic follow the United States as the most common birth places of porn stars.
- The most common role for women in porn: "teen." Followed by: "MILF," "wife" "cheerleader" and "nurse."
- The average age of performers playing "MILFs": 33. Only 7 percent are over 40 years old.
- "Butts," and its synonyms, appear in porn titles twice as frequently as "boobs" and its synonyms. Peak butts was reached in 2006.

In what is being viewed as an attack on women’s rights, Egypt is considering a law that would allow a man to have sex with his wife for up to 6 hours after her death.
The so called “Farewell Intercourse Law” is allegedly based on the premise that a marriage remains valid after death, and thus the marital rights extend as well. Scholars have justified the law by stating that women would have the same right to engage in intercourse with their deceased husbands after death.
The law is being portrayed as one of many in a slew of attacks on women’s rights. For example, Egypt is also considering a law that would lower the minimum age for marriage to 14.
While I can understand the need for spouses to say some sort of final goodbye, I can’t quite understand the desire for a law stating that a man has the right to engage in intercourse with a woman, even it’s his wife, or any woman for that matter. Unless there was a criminal law stating that it would be a crime to engage in intercourse with a woman after death, which may be the case, this pronouncement just seems perverse.

Texts, Emails Detail Maine Zumba Prostitution
A fitness instructor who ran a prostitution operation out of her Zumba dance studio had as many as five clients a day and wanted her business partner monitoring the trysts, according to her emails and text messages to him.
The messages between fitness instructor Alexis Wright and insurance agent Mark Strong Sr. were obtained Tuesday through a records request by the Portland Press Herald ( http://bit.ly/12kRKMw ).
The communications included spreadsheets Wright used to keep track of her clients, with names, dates, times, sex acts and payments.
