Im remote atm and just had a long post on several Thai shops in that area …internet dropped. I’ll resurrect out and repost.
seems the good Thai shops all have dropped their quality a bit in the area . Several changed hands a-few times and other shops have gained more customers dud to better advertising and mixed rosters (84. 88 Hampden road).
Chinese owners do better informing on rosters.

104 Hampden was a stellar shop and changed hands. And when i popped in acouple of times reception was less than helpful with information on rosters. No customer service nuance.

A good shop that was on APC Hwy Crows nest. Just south of the crossroads with Falcon street. Is gone. The whole block void of tenants last year or so, and I assume that development coming.

Harmony has been quiet and not many reports on sites.

Will be interesting what happens once all the new development at the Metro station complex is done. Crows Nest is growing and with that maybe more demand or adversely council scrutiny of massage shops increases.
