I actually liked that when I went it was Friday only two girls to chose who weren’t already booked and they hadn’t been busy . Both very attractive and hard to pick one. This shop is awesome.

this has started a bit after the second shop opened [ long and consecutive shifts has created massive problems ] and when hitomi [ according the girls, her character is bad ] started managing the girls. I hope the management will fix the problem 'now', will be a shame such a great shop to go down. I believe if they keep only one shop will be the solution to the problem.

can't say anything about hitomi or greed, but from multiple girls that have since left the shop their breaking point were the rules and management.
Probably blacklisted for any reason eg being too pushy, then read some review here about great services received so he's trying for a second crack at it. Most WGs know about this trick.
A lot of girls dont like her because shes too bossy and greedy, her wage is based on how many jobs each J girl (hired through her) takes, so its in her financial interest to ensure her girls work long hours to maximize potential customers.
Cbd also has a penalty policy to prevent girls from not showing up to work, they receive a penalty fine each day they dont show up. Theres been cases where girls were genuinely sick and Hitomi penalized them.

No, but this shop has better facilities. It is best for management in conjunction with all stakeholders including the punters and MLs to remove Hitomi via a coup.
Once Hitomi is ousted, management can pick another person to man the shop. The lanky Chinese / Japanese guy that works in the other store is prime candidate to step up to the task.
