Ive previously listed 355 kent st , day st addresses as too avoid. However others have had better experiences, same st address , which is not to be confused with apartment number. Which is not to be listed publicly

Nothing wrong with listing apartment number. Especially in Kent Street addresses where scammers & legit W/L's are often sharing the same building.
Idk man, listing specific addresses seems like a slippery slope. What if someone just has a bad connection or is rejected for hygiene, intoxication, etc. they can come on here and say it’s a scam. I think it’s better to keep it to general locations/buildings and punters should exercise caution for any providers in those places.
Probably avoid exact room and lvl and just the address of the building if its an Apt? I can understand that if its a house only, that thats a bit iffy, but the apt itself should be ok
