I would actually think its a building issue with most of the tenants being absent, the building might be more in "stasis" than operational.
360 having its own external access would not be similarly effected.
sorry no chance of this happening. ive worked all my life in CBD buildings and u can get in when ever u want, and id have to go in often on NYE or Xmas.
Its more that there are no office workers and girls want time off, ive never heard of any building anywhere in Australia restricting access to tenants - unless there was a big big issue
