A top notch ML probably caps out at around $1500 for a 10hr shift in a busy shop. Yeah I can break it down for ya but I ain't gonna right now.
Sure some can make more on any given day and there are guys out there tipping $400 or more but that is not every day or every session.

It really is a sad sad industry at times
