Knocking on the door has only happened once IIRC - otherwise it is just telecoms and there's a speaker through the room. Anyway I've never had a session where the receptionist has been like that before or after so it was a key thing for me. I wouldn't go to an establishment if the papasan or mamasan was not accommodating. We're paying pretty good money I'd expect respect and good service as a customer. Two-way street.

Either way it's whatever and I don't expect it to happen again going off whatever others are saying that the staff is generally respectful here. Before the session the kid looked like he was death staring me so it gave me bad vibes and it was a bit awkward as I walked in I thought I was going to get murdered. I'll see how it goes when I see him again this week if he's working
