$20-50k is too cheap, should be about $100k now with inflation and all.
Imagine the hassle you need to going through, 3-4 years you need to keep contact maybe daily basis because gov want to check the log (print out from provider website) to make sure the marriage is legit
    need photo proof as well,
also i heard they might show up on your address to check if you live together (am not sure if they announced it previously or not), so you need to keep girl clothes for in case they visit?
and in meantime you cant marry someone else within this timeframe.

This question will probably pop up more and more here as the government crack down on both dodgy providers and "non genuine" students. I imagine ML/WL will be a disproportionate percentage of those affected...

My own two cents is that my sleep at night factor would stop me from getting involved in helping someone out.

They now also make videos of the person being sponsored in their job or home so its just not worth committing fraud even for 100k. I think they also want sworn letters from friends and family from both people. Then comes the hassle of trying to divorce her after all is done even if they got away with it. all up not worth it. The OP coming back to comment?

100% - this is exactly the sleep at night factor I was talking about. And it follows after you for years after you think it is a done deal and all sorted too. You are making a fraudulent declaration and asking others to make statements which they may or may not know to be untrue.

It would need to be a lot more than $100K to convince me. And definitely not with a WL.

Even not for a million dollars as all yours and her family and friends would have to know about her, then they ask what does she do for a living? That to do you state shes an ML / WL on the application or lie? Back ground check on the lady in question might reveal some things to. Its just not worth it. Maybe the OP has fallen in love with his WL thinking with his dick not his mind. Face the fact if shes a WL shes slept with hundreds of guys and maybe trying to seduce the OP.

5 years after the first sponsorship but yes twice in a lifetime though you can make an application to waive the 2 sponsorship restriction on your 3rd+ sponsorship but its really difficult to do so.
COL easy to achieve when you’re a good looking whore

Yeah but you're subjecting yourself to being a whore (unless you find a sugar daddy).

You need signed confirmation of the relationship from both sides, has to be Australian citizens.
They can rock up to your house at anytime unannounced.
They check social media for pictures together.
They ask for pictures with your family and her family, so yes, they expect you have been overseas to meet her family.
Most important is finances. They look at your joint account and check money going in and out and how your day to day spending goes.
They ask about living arrangements, household chores and cooking.
If you use fraudulent documents, it could be a prison sentence.
It's heaps stricter than say 5 years ago.

Why on Earth do some men go looking for trouble?! As if the Immigration Department is blind, and especially when it comes to Asian women. Forms to be filled have serious legal warnings and lying under oath could result in a prison term.

Totally agree, it's practically playing Russian roulette with 3 bullets in the barrel. It's all fun and games till you get slapped with a cock in your mouth in prison.

The market rate is around 100k-120k cash to the sponsor, and usually there is an agency helping all the paperworks and etc.
The process is not easy, and quite a long process, at least 3 years minimum. My friend who was waiting for 5+ years for her PR, but this is the real marriage. And a lot quicker if you have kid together (are you willing to? Or will she find the way to make you do it?)

I don't think it's worth the risk, 100k+ is not worth all the risk that you would have. You might even lose more than that if you have asset and the girl knows how to play her game well. Unless you are really really really willing to help her, and really really willing to lose more than you gain..... then, go for it. But, good luck.....

Signed confirmation that they've joined you in a 'menage a trois' before?
Rock up to your house while you're doing the deed together? Do they even check if it's CFS or BBFS?
Can you send them a Pornhub or OF video and photos of the two of you attempting creampie finish, provided they pay for the subscription?

Which section of the law states that it is a prison sentence for falsifying documents or statements during a visa application?

Everything on vBulletin can be modified. Join date, post date etc etc

What I like is the plugin that lets you generate thousands of accounts per hour. No email addy required. An operator can run numerous accounts at the same time, two people can share the same account at once.

    Possibilities are endless.

So, are you saying a member registered in 2024 is more trustworthy than a foundation member?

    Seriously ?
