I once worked with a totally useless guy. Move forward thirty years and he fell into the GM roll through attrition. Still useless as ever. Wouldn’t even take my call when I referred a client. Still bears ill feeling because I treated him shit way back then. Well guess what, he lost more business due to his continuing stupidity.

Why would a foundation member be any different?

You know what's suss? When a well known troll is mass ignored by most others, yet they take it upon themselves to always reply to the troll posts with QUOTE.

Yeah sure, he's replying "negatively" to the troll. He's done this before when nobody wants to engage with him. What a crazy lunatic, geezus.

Just based on the clearly deliberate quoted replies, I can tell who's who.

Goldfinger you’re obviously an Astro physicist, way way too smart to be wasting your time with the hoi polloi. Shouldn’t you be reinventing something?

I’ve never been called a troll before either. With half a million posts on another forum I’ve never been called a troll. Only on this site. Considering the daily post tally is so small it’s very easy to stand out amongst others.

How many posts to your credit Goldfinger? A couple of thousand methinks. Let’s get down to the nitty gritty. You don’t like me because I punt a lot and you don’t. Thats the bottom line. There’s a very easy fix. Work work work and more work. It’ll even make you feel younger and look younger. Then you’ll have the money to do precisely what you want to do. Hell, you can even give some money away to the sex workers in a feel good moment!

Ya see, I’ve prescribed a simple fix for ye woes!

    Didn’t even charge.

    Bet ya don’t thank me!

I was going to say this. They're not fucking around these days with this sort of arrangements. The guy needs to immerse himself in the part & lie to essentially every single person in his personal & professional life & on top of that hope that immigration doesn't smell a rat & declare the whole thing null & void because they will be checking & you wouldn't believe how far they're going these days. And if that all happens can you trust her not to financially butt fuck you with divorce or whatever conveniently after her PR is granted.

Still game OP? I suggest you look both ways before crossing the street.

Its just not worth it. If its a legit relationship, different story. Even if a WL was to give me a million, no way I would do it.

A few more years than that. On X I’ve clocked over 1000 per day. They were on a laptop. Here I use my phone and there’s no motivation to push the tempo.

Far too risky for this these days, especially with social media etc to assist in catching you out.

Please excuse my ignorance, but the $100,000 figure does that mean what it costs with legitimate department fee's n charges or what a woman would be prepared to pay a sponsor? Either way that's a shit load of money.

100k, pure cash to the sponsor. Get paid in instalments, with the last one before they submit the PR application or something.
Other fees like agency fees, visa, etc are all payable by the girl.

Don't think 100k is a lot, considering how long it takes, how risky it is. Normal person with a job won't do it..

My friend does it, and besides all the fees just mentioned, he also has to pay a girl living wages on top, as now, they are couples, and the girl gets paid less from the centrelink or something. So, he has to pay the different. He also has to rent a place with two rooms, and also cover all rents..

Your friend is committing fraud on the Australian Government. He has to pay her wages for living expenses, rent and everything else. Is she a WL and still seeing other guys? Does she now have access to all his personal bank and investments? Code for his safe? It is just not worth it by the end the whole 100K is spent on her and he is left with nothing, Whats the deal when she gets her visa? Divorce? Has he lied to all his friends and family that they are a real couple? This just seems like a stupid dumb thing to do. Just hope that Centerlink don't catch him out in the end or that would equal prison time.

    Thanks folks

It seems the market price is around $130-150K

No doubt a high risk option - but if you were someone with little cash and assets then you might consider

The rare card is between $80k-$150k (plus extras).

The reality is that corruption is rife across all levels of governments in both state and federal. Our laws and policies (both internal and external) are a fucken joke and beyond repair. We have fucken criminals, terrorists, rapists, illegal immigrants, fake political asylum seekers etc being given free entry into this country and access to its resources as well as free handouts. Criminal activities across the nation is on the increase due to our lax laws, weak immigration policies, and spineless governments. So it's no wonder PR scams is rampant here. The traditional scenario of that divorced/single 65 yr old fat overweight Anglo battler going overseas to marry that young Filipino, Thai, East European bride is out the fucken window (too obvious and sticks out like dog's testicles). Foreigners seeking PR are opting for locals of the same race/nationality or for racial minorities (ie race card). These PR scams are particularly rampant amongst the lower socio-economic demographics. The loopholes are there to be exploited and they are being exploited. It's fucked, but it is what it is.

No, as they have to make it real, so they have to live under the same roof. So, my friend (who needs PR) has to cover the rent for the girl (who lived with her parents), so she can move in the second bedroom.

Besides rent, only has to pay the difference between what the centrelink pays before and after the marriage (some benefits are assessed by the family threhold). The sponsor (Aussie girl) is very young, around 19, so no job and still in uni.

And, also, part of the deal, they have to go out together like real couples sometimes for the photos (the immigration will ask this). He also has to cover the cost.

Once my friend gets PR, they will gradually moving out, and then will terminate whatever after 1 year separation.

Of course, this is a fraud, I'm not supporting it, but it's happening everywhere, just like corruption. It is what it is.

What I know is girl seeking guy is cheaper, 100-120k. Guy looking for girl is 120k north.

I know a couple doing this. They are not married, but living under the same roof, and have kids together. Under the gov, they are two individuals.

What they do is the husband doing the fake spouse sponsorship to get money. After few years, wife will sponsor another person. Rinse and repeat, untill reaching the cap or something (I think 10 years ago, you can sponsor up to 5 people or something, not sure now). They have a lawyer helping them, and they know their way.
I'm pretty sure they are cash rich and have multiple properties across Sydney. Really unfair for the hard working people.

How much is she getting paid for her to sponsor him apart from Centerlink payments I mean like is he giving her a large cash payment? Her parents seem okay with what shes doing? Or they believe they are really together? and shes living in a second bedroom what do they do when dept of immigration want to see their place and notice shes not even living in the same room? I hope your friend and the girl don't get caught in their own lie.

That would be right fraud and they own multiple properties and cashing in on Centerlink payments. Whilst other people working low paid jobs and struggle to pay $800+ a weeks rent and can't cover their bills without credit cards. Man that stinks.

Well, the 100k one to the girl. This is not a one payment, this is in fact spread across few years. They have a lawyer, so, I don't think anyone knowor suspicious. If they do, the lawyer will take care of it.

Sounds unreal, but what he told me is this thing is from the girl mum. The mum knows my friend's relative, and the mum suggests her daughter to do it. So, close friends and close family know it.
