Everywhere seems to be slow now, cafes & restaurants aren't as busy. When I have caught an uber recently they were saying the same, people just aren't spending as much as they used to. Personally I have cut way back on visiting massage shops to focus on paying off the mortgage that little bit quicker.

Very sensible thing to do. Mortgage now and punt later.

At Michelle’s in Potts Point is now closed on some evenings during the week. It is closed tonight. They decide on the day of. I asked what was going on and they said there is not enough business this winter and it is the first time they have done this since they opened at that location many years ago.

I think the Cauc Aussie, European, and South American MLs that work there would try their luck at private before they accepted less money in this environment.

Thats supply and demand, but their implementation will probably result in extra and maybe permanent closure by pricing themselves out of the market.

I don't think demand is going down. Just last week, was stuck in traffic on Cleveland street near front door of ginza. In the 3~4min I was waiting for the lights, saw at 2 enter and 1 leave.

Rents are also going higher, so even if you don't have a mortgage you're still coping it from interest rates. The other problem is inflation is still high and the reserve will probably have to increase rates before the end of the year so people aren't spending. Retail and hospitality is already in a recession they're 6% down in the last quarter and that's going to get worse in this quarter. Restaurants can't put their prices up so they're reducing portions, at an Italian restaurant I used to go to I'd only order the lasagne as it would fill me up, the last time I went it was half the size it used to be.
I've only had 3 punts this year and have no interest (for the moment) to go again specially at the current prices.
Yeh not many punts this year. Does that mean a blokes jerking off for relief?

    Ahhh, the "front doorers"!

I usually don't care too much generally, but I use the laneway at GC, as front door exposed to traffic just like Kyoto and you never know who is simply passing by and clocks you!

Ginza is an entirely different market to the $310/hr Cauc massage parlours. The latter is being ravaged by cost of living and privates.

You sure they weren't just food delivery guys? I rarely see any real punters going in the front door. Mostly are the food delivery guys who go in that way.

I haven't been here long, so can't really judge on the slow down of reports, but it seems like there are several people here who've been pretty prolific on the AR's lately. There are plenty of shops that don't get a look in.

It is a bit disheartening to spend time and effort writing up a detailed AR only to see it slip down to page whatever of the After Report forum with only 500 views and no comments. There are threads started yesterday that have more views than that! I don't need a pat on the back, but the point of writing these things is to share knowledge and help out our fellow punters I would have thought, not much point spending the effort if it's not going to help anyone. To be fair, the one I wrote on Yuko at Mirage, there was another AR on her written a bit before mine, so maybe there was enough info on her anyway. Still, makes me wonder if it's worth writing up my next one, another lady who already has an AR on the forum, maybe it's just not helping anyone to have multiple ARs on the same girl, or from the less popular shops?

Just read it, sounds good man. Sadly I had a bad experience at this shop and won't return, but good to hear of your experience.

Any reviews are good intel mate & appreciated. I don't write AR's much as I'm usually seeing my regular so it'd just be copy, paste, etc...
