In law, it is rape because "consent" is only given if a payment is made.

In the same way where it is "rape" if a woman consents to sex but only with a condom, then the man takes it off.
Sex without consent is rape no matter how you analyze it.

same happened with my regular WL, money was deposited into her account then debited , surprised as I wasn*t aware that this was possible . Payid will register the payer’s mobile number and name in the banking app. If the lady take it to a good lawyer, they can figure out culprit’s details and issue a show cause notice plus take the matter with the cops. In fact most shops have CCTV these days, it can easily be punished..
