The clue is sometime ago when they were making girls work while sick. My bet is over all the girls are not treated well. They have been running away. And no doubt word spreads re recruitment. there also has been lots of traffic about pissed off customers. For me it was just the location, it was easier for me to sneak off to 360 during lunch/straight after work and their peak was just as good as Ginza if not better. But now, even the top 360 girls are at Ginza now
