What about shops that gained too much exposure and have been ruined?
The most common way this happens is when shops get publicity, then get cocky and increase prices, and underestimate how competitive the market is.
If they then forget about good recruiting, or maintaining high standards, they can lose punter interest loyalties very quickly
I was turned off by visiting a massage shop this year, when they increased the entry fee significantly. I'm sorry I'm not a yacht owner and I won't accept more of my money in your pocket without something more in it for me. Sorry
Siam Paradise have appeared to have opened a new shop on the corner of Catherine St & Parramatta Road at Leichhardt.
I'm also curious about this one across the road that I noticed the same time I noticed the new Siam Paradise.
It also looks legit and the masseuse isn't a looker, but it's open till 10PM which seems sus for a legit shop:

Not sure this is a right place to drop a question?
Anyone visited Nirvana at Surry Hills? Looking at their website nice shop as one of the girls I visited encouraged me to try. Link below

That one appears to have opened a few months before. In a more discreet location off Parra Road I noticed & not as lit up as the ones on Parra Road which means the rest of the street is dark. After this post I parked a couple of streets away & took a 9pm walk past the shop a couple of times & noticed funny enough three blokes in their 50's waiting in the chairs inside & a 40-50 year old at the front desk. I doubt it's a legit massage shop personally as it doesn't have the vibe. Anyway it's Parra Road, they're all RnT as far as I'm concerned.
Siam Paradise from what I can see however is doing it's best to portray itself as a legit place, very open setup, lot's of light get's in, that sort of thing however I'm sure in the room money talks.
