Ruby and Tulip have been around since the beginning, and I don’t know if Red taught them some special skills, but the service is top-tier. Speaking of service, Ruby and Tulip are on par, but they don’t do 4hands, no matter how much I begged. Both are on the slim side. Menu prices range from $50 to $300.

Tulip - Slim with some curves. Her chest seems bigger than before—might be fake, but I don’t care much about that. Tulip is slightly taller than Ruby. I’ve talked with my friends, and we think Tulip’s the type both Asians and white guys go for. As long as she’s working, she’s pretty much fully booked, same with Ruby. Her face is stunning, and she’s got that “it” factor. Menu prices range from $50 to $300.

I don't mind eating out every now and again, and after reading the recent positive reviews, I thought I would send a few messages to see what was on the menu.

It has been a long time since I dined here (the last visit was Californian cuisine) so was keen to re-visit if it looked promising.

Was given a few options of entree, mains and dessert, with appropriate pricing.

Was happy with what I saw, so made a booking for one.

Unfortunately front-of-house staff didn't pass on my order to back-of-house staff, and after tipping up-front and settling in to enjoy the meal, I found out some items were not on the menu.

Really kills the vibe when you are negotiating with different staff, so would love it if communication was better between staff.

Seen lots of your posts and know your a seasoned sampler of many delights.
It just seems that in an environment where lots different chefs prepare a variety of tasty treats, it's best to negotiate directly with them when it's time to dine. Often their colleagues don't know what their menus contain.
It's also clear that some patrons get different offerings and levels of expertise in preparation.
I've never discussed any off-menu preparations with anyone else but the chef directly, as they, in general, don't like it discussed with "front of house" or other chefs.
If the new front of house at T5 are making menu/pricing commitments and not communicating, then it's a quick way to turn away really talented but temperamental chefs.
This is particularly true in the case of fine Californian cuisine, including in it's current location, as that chef does not publicise menus, always the "special of the day" if your lucky enough to be served.

I really dont understand what the fuzz is with Ruby and I found her underwhelming .- but maybe she and I just dont click- I cant remember Tulip, but if she is anything like Ruby, maybe I will skip.
