Don't think this is racist, but just generalizing a race, and a pretty accurate one at that. Used the western line train all the time, you have the occasional Chinese oldies, Caucasians or Islanders talking loudly or playing their phones on stereo. But nowadays there are more South Asians doing so. So nothing wrong in his words
