It’s surprising. I was recently travelling around SE Asia and found Telegram gives much more access than those other platforms. Seems like every woman selling herself, from high end escorts to bored housewives and students looking for sugar daddies, are using it. I’d imagine once workers and shops here realise how useful it is then it’ll be the same.
Also don't forget, a big factor is adoption. Here in Oz, Telegram isn't yet at the level of Line or WeChat in terms of number of punters that use it because it's relatively new. Heck, many punters don't even use WeChat or Line. We're very slow to adopt new technology here in Oz.
If Telegram starts to be widely used, you can bet that the shops will start using it too.
There was already a thread about telegram accounts. Maybe do a search and it will pop up. A few shops use it but not really widely used at the moment. There is one account that a shop uses which is really really good. They post nudie pics as well as videos.

Guess I’m just surprised shops and girls don’t just post on all these platforms. Line, Wechat, Viber are all a bit limiting. But doesn’t take much effort to copy and paste a message in multiple sites. Telegram seems like an obvious one
