42G hasn't had many ARs here recently, and of the ones that have been put up, it's been a mixed bag.
When she was there as Sayaka, there weren't any positive ones for her (or overly negative), but at the same time, I think 42G is a bit out of the way for a lot of people.
I do remember that someone said she told them she had a rough customer once before them, so maybe it was something she didn't want to (very understandably) deal with.

I keep an eye on the rosters because I can't afford to punt more than once a fortnight, so I like to track what's going on, who moves where, etc.
The reason could be anything: whether they found themselves too busy, still didn't get enough customers, weren't happy with the cut they got, unfortunately got a shitbag customer, etc.

We'll never know unless someone has inside information.

100% agree with the above - the reasons for girls moving could range from many many factors - wanting to try out other shops; let go by management, not getting busy at their old shop or leaving cos of shit customers or stalkers, pussy pain so go back home or taking a break list goes on....

unless the punter is super attached to the girl i think why they left shouldnt be that much of a biggie or left to pry - what matters most is true honest ARs on the girls which ever the shop they may be working at so others can make their own informed decisions

What i do know is:

- the good ones always seem to come back Ginza after leaving and realizing they fucked up - JAV Hinano is a good example
- rarely ever do you see a good one leave Ginza and not get poached back or convinced to come back just look at J Hanna back at Club now
- the good ones that are adamant NOT TO SEE INDIANS - LIKE STRICTLY NO INDIANS - will not work Kyoto/Sakura - i know for a fact as a few girls actually moved from those shops to Ginza purely for that reason

Whats super fucked up is one of the girls got cut/scratched by an indian customer at either Kyoto/Sakura cant recall which one and shop did nothing but it left a small scar on the girl - thats why she moved to ginza she said its not just money but safety for me to

when i mentioned why the indian she got so mad its like i cut off her bangs LOL

Such real shame to hear those sob stories of quality girls and gems not being given two shits and protected by the shop and forced to see race they dont want to and then be like why is my girl sad and wants to leave or quit even if i give them more money....
