Something that's working for me now: negotiate everything with the ML before the session and pay when it is finished. No compromise and you will always win.
Speak for yourself. Never happens to me. Perhaps a benefit of age (you say old, I say experienced), Asians do respect age. Perhaps it's my demographic choice. Or maybe they respect a varsity player...

Back when I was JV in SYD, a lot of the time I'd ask about extras at the start. These days, can't remember the last time I did. I just go with the flow, and trust my OWN judgement (as I often say, I follow the Old Knight's advice, "Choose wisely"). Early this year, there was one or two who offered less than I would have wanted on the flip, but they were straight up about it, and were attractive enough that I flew business, not first. A few others, I've been pleasantly surprised at the class of service...

ONE thing to remember is the price you pay the first time, for the SAME class of service, will be the price you pay on subsequent flights. "If it was sufficient once, it should be sufficient again" - works for BOTH parties. Certainly, OVER TIME, prices may drift up, but as a regular, there is still a chance you'll pay your original. Any abrupt, unilateral changes - like I said, doesn't happen with me. If it ever did, it'd ONLY happen once.

I'll pay the MASSAGE fee up front. MOST of the time, even first time, for the SERVICE charges, it's pay after (let's be honest, every ONE of them can outrun me). But if I'm asked to pay the service fee up front, first time, I do. After all, they don't know me, and I lean more to a "exercising caution, she's been burnt on a reneged fee, more than a rip-off". I'm sure, eventually, I MIGHT get burnt, but I'll take the chance. Subsequent visits, always pay after - she knows me, I know her. (Recently, I did forget to pay after, had started for the door. She asked if I'd forgotten something... I'm feeling my pockets, phone-yes, sunglasses-yes, wallet-yes.. "No, have everything." "Money baby?" So, yes indeed, she did fuck my brains out.)

Thing is, it's NOT life and death, and it's NOT a zero-sum game. I prefer win-win. Give respect, get respect. Give trust, get trust. Treat her like an orifice, she'll be an orifice. Treat her like a person, she'll be a person.

If you agree enjoy the session in full or if she is greedy or she has the wrong attitude, stay only with the massage [ not even nhj ].

You have the total control in the session.
Whenever you're talking about "add-ons", I agree, keep it light. For me, on the flip, when she asks "Extras?", I'll ask what does she provide. If she answers my question with a question, "What do want?", I'll repeat. Most often, she'll provide a definite answer (if not, then I'll be specific, and only ask about extras I want; I don't do surveys). If she hasn't included prices (a lot do), then I'll ask.

I don't consider it "negotiating". If her quote is at or lower than my ceiling, it's a done deal, right there. I don't try to go lower. If it's OTT, then I'll just politely decline. Given that that's the way she makes her coin, a counter offer of the requested service will be forthcoming, more often than not. If not, I'll ask about a lower class of service. Works for me, YMMV.
