How much does it cost for extras in a massage place?

I have had massages but it is new to Australia. From my experience rarely I have met young girl who does good job with the massage. But as in previous reply, more mature ladies do know how to do a proper massage. I understand that these answers are not specific but helped immensly to get a clear idea. I wanted to ask this because some ladies as I have met in other countries, demanded same as the massage price for just a Hand Job, for sex they request sometimes 2 time or 3 times which is absurd considering the time we get after the massage. If you want a massage then go to a massage shop.
If you want sex then go to a brothel.
I struggle to understand punters that go to a RnT and then complain about how much the ML wants for sex. If VFM is your primary consideration then going straight to a brothel is surely a no brainer.
