Seems to be the MO of a feral psychopath who uses multiple handles here and on PP to manipulate MLs and tarnish genuine clients with the girls. He's a narcissist and predator. I don't choose these words lightly. He seeks natural from girls and uses any means to achieve it. Girls are scared of him that he'll put up bad reviews of them if they resist or worse, that he'll harm them. Alternatively, he puts up bad posts using one of his multiple handles, tells the girls about it and that he'll get it taken down. Jennie, is early 20s. Was very new, 3 or 4 months? ago when I saw her. Expected big $ for services, but did not deliver on quality. Have not seen her since. Others may have more recent experience. I would choose Natalia over Jennie.
Both are very pretty, slim. Jennie is tall, Natalia is shorter.

I applaud your efforts and dedication to better Take 5 as a shop. This is definitely a positive way to move forward as a shop and business.
I think generally speaking Take 5 is a good shop, while the shower has some slight mouldy issue, it is not the worse I have seen, I think it is about slightly above average from all the shops and brothels I have been to. I think if Take 5 business owners check out brothels such as Viper Room, Cleo on Nile, Platinum 175, those are probably the best establishments in terms of cleanliness.
Another issue I have seen myself is the time management and the preparation of the room. I have seen condom and used tissues left on the floor when I entered the room, and it was left there until my session finished. I think you guys need to make a rule to give ML at least 5 to 10 mins to clean themselves up and also tidy up the room before allowing the next clients to come in. It will make much better impressions.
All in all, I think Take 5 is still a good shop, just need to make improvements on the above mentioned issues.
My own experience with the standard of cleaning at T5 is good. I've arrived for a 9am booking and found all three girls cleaning the shop ready for a busy day.
Later in the day sure the shop isn't as clean as we would all like but would I say dirty? No, I've never had any concerns.
I have though seen tissues on the floor once and mentioned to my masseuse who was extremely embarrassed. She's young and trying to not keep the next booking waiting neglecting the perception of how clean the room is. Ive seen her again twice and the room was spotless both times.
I seen never a condom on the floor. I'd be confident in saying that was a one off.
I agree 5 - 10 minutes between bookings would help, especially for the younger girls until they get the hang of cleaning while their booking gets dressed ready for the next customer.
The shop has good management that take feedback seriously so keeps me coming back. Certainly much better than other shops I've being too with fun staff and a good vibe.

I’m not too into the first part, so we got straight to the service, and I have to say, it’s a big step up compared to before.

Bad experience this time
I’ve been to Take 5 several times and always had good experiences, but this time was a total mess. I’m not naming the girl because I like the shop and I want the owner to notice what happened and address it.
The girl I visited this time insisted on deciding and paying for extras upfront, even before closing the massage room door. We discussed and I paid the money she asked for. As soon as we entered the room, she refused to do some things she had promised. I politely asked for another service as I didn’t want what I paid for without the agreed-upon elements. At first she refused to refund the money but later reluctantly offered a partial refund and offered another service.Then she started lightly threatening me, saying she’d “tag my name” and warn other girls about me. Then she offered to see another girl, without refunding the money already paid. At this point, I felt like a hostage and wasn’t even interested in the extras anymore and told her she could keep the money and we could just do a massage. I didn’t ask for anything else from her throughout the session. She did finish the service after all her tactics failed and tried to end it amicably.
It was obvious that she was trying to confuse, promising services to charge higher prices and then pulling them back after payment.$$ paid for the massage is just an entry fee anyways, hardly any girl does a good job there. I don’t mind compulsory extras too, but trying to manipulate clients into paying higher prices and threatening clients is completely unacceptable. Attractive girls are a dime a dozen, but if the service isn’t good, they’re just another body. We go to these places for a good time, not to be treated like a sucker.
Im sure management would appreciate knowing who the ml is.

Better to just call her out by name, right now every girl there is under suspicion it's going to stop people going there till this gets resolved and will cost good girls business who have done nothing wrong.

I have been to this shop quite a few times and I only ever had one girl ask to be paid for extras at the start so that narrows it down a lot for me…. All I can say it was the worst experience of all the massages I’ve ever gotten and I’ve gotten quite a few. I was told she was going to be retrained and that obviously hasn’t happened. She has had some quite mixed reviews above and quite a few are very similar from different people so that tells me it wasn’t just a me thing.
I experienced a messed up situation with Ayaka (not working anymore). At that time, I posted with her name and there were mix reactions from fellow punters. As many have mentioned already, mention ML's name. In my case, T5 management at that time, offered me a free session (shop fee) with another ML of my choice which I refused.
You will always get mix reactions from aus99 members. In my case, usual bullies ganged up and OPs supported me.
