Not all, some do have a life IF they've been here, established. I knew one who'd been to some pretty far off places, shared in common, amazed me once I understood what she was describing (drawing a triangle on the pillow). Others, they take their "holiday" going home to visit family. For the others, is it all that surprising? How many own a car, want to bother to rent one, or take an Uber. All that COSTS money, and they're here to make money. Throw in the Asian work ethic... That's the difference between a local, someone on vacation, or an ex-pat.
