I notice in the AR forum it's generally a lot of reviews for the very popular locations such as Ginza and so on. Naturally a lot of that is threads being bumped by the venue. I've done my fair share there and at Sakura and others over the years but overall I probably visit small/nondescript massage parlors like 70% of the time where I can sometimes can build a rapport. Personally I plan to write more ARs for small spots once I can suss out if they want the attention or not.
I'd say my very BEST experiences have been at the little shops, but my TYPICAL experience has been a bit better at the big spots.
I'm wondering what your ratio is of visiting popular/known places vs. small spots that aren't as well known.

Myself, while I have certain shop preferences, say Summerville for the en-suite rooms, I follow the ML's, not really shops. I enjoy repeats, not having to start from zero, so will ask for her contact if she has potential. Makes it easy to find her (no whining "Anyone know where [....] is?") when I'm BOTG.
To answer your question, I'd say it's a bell curve, a few unknown shops, more smaller but known shops, then a few major shops.

As someone who's a bit newer to this world, I'm probably 70/30 smaller/popular. Also keen to try a few a privates.
I would have to say over the last 6 months, I have been going to the higher end shops like Ginza, No 5 and 42 Glades. I would highly recommend visiting the higher end shops especially Ginza.
My old haunts use to be the $150 shops around the inner west and Marrickville areas. You can see the difference in terms of WL's as the $150 shops make me sick thinking about all the times I went there. 40 - 45 year old MILFS.
If you want to try privates, have a look at the catch god website. If you use chrome, you can easily translate what is written into English. I have seen a few privates over my time but the experience was average hence no reviews.

Why would a shop not want attention if its an honest AR for a girl that matches profile on website and gives good service.... is the shop going to be like oh no please dont mention our names i dont want more customers?
Unless you have some form of incentive to only write "Good" and "Positive" ARs why would a shop not want attention....
I've been to a few massage joints up my way (Central Coast) as a random drop in. Always seem to be 40–50-year-old MILFS/GILFS with sub-par performances. Going to start trekking down to Sydney.

Before i discovered the places like no42/no5, 5 Star Woolloomooloo (pre covid) and Ginza I was getting "EMOTIONALLLL DAMAGE" from C and D Tier shops the trade off was cheaper action from MILFS
But once you get caviar, wagyu and sea urchin there's no looking back the days when i went to those places in riverwood/hurstville/Rydelmere/Granville in either a dingy warehouse or some run down shop with smelly carpet and broken mattress
the price is worth it if you cannot put urself to seee milfs.....
staying on topic for the RnTs i would stick to the tried and tested unless there's people willing to name drop the shops that are under the radar and which shops have hidden gem girls...
Of the tried and tested there's 2-3 RnT shops in sydney that have a very high hit ratio of nice young girls
Only downside is gambling if Part 3 is avail and how many times u need to repeat to get it ....
these shops are 227 North Stra and its sister shop in Epping and 108 M (debateable if its RnT with Nuru or more FS category)

I love to shop around, get intrigued by a shop i haven't tried before, see the set up, the ease of getting there and entering the shop without being seen. Rosters with accurate photos are even better as you fantasise about fucking a certain girl there and slowly count the days till it happens. Spontaneous can also be fun, just pondering whether that massage shop offers extras and which lovely women would be working there.
