Mate, after cross referencing your recent ARs with my actual experience, I know that you are legit in your recommendations. It seems like this joint is struggling with girls... some days it's 3-4 girls and none of them frankly can compare to the OG talent we used to have.
That's cause out of the $210/hr, the girls only get $90. I've had a few girls complain to me about their share of the pay and I don't blame them. They could make better money at almost every other shop.

They stopped posting rosters so you kinda have to suss it on the day and it's severely lacking - maybe 3 to 4 girls. It's definitely lost it's mojo and nothing like the golden era. At this point I suspect the turnover is great and given the large space either they get better girls, cut prices (unlikely) or face closing down. Mind you, industry seems to be struggling a bit. Some shops will do well regardless but those are generally ones looking after its customers and having decent talent on offer.

Yup what's I mean when they stopped the weekly roster, you now have to suss it out on the day. I imagine it's because lack of talent very sore compared to before.
Agreed - another few lean months it will be very difficult. Compare to other shops in the City and you have a lot more talent.
They sold the Pitt Street Shop and a new owner took over and then they went out of business start of the year. They have the other shop near Wynyard [FS Shop] which also seems to have 2 girls max and lacking.
It seems they have some trouble keeping talent.
