Haha, punting is an addiction alright, many years ago, together with heavy gambling, the two evils really stuffed up my life.

Luckily, i think i have successfully defeated the gambling problem - although i still bet on horses and footy but thats just a couple hundreds at a time rather than thousands and i dont go to Star City any more.......haha

Well i dont know once a week massage fix ( budget $100 to $150) can be called an addiction , sometimes i believe i am more addicted to the company of the ML rather than the massage or extras itself. Well thats still big money , easily over $6,000 a year and that could be spent taking the family to Bali or QLD for a nice holiday....lol

But i think if you are actually talking about it you are addressing the issue and thats already one positive step more forward than not.

I think if you cant stop doing it, as it is a physical basic need of man, you may as well try to control it and manage your finance better,
To restrict yourself to one punt or max two punts a week is a good start,

Just my 2 cents

Cheers
