That wasn’t my experience per se. I was there and the mamasan suggested I have to wait for 10 minutes as Cathy was with previous client. There is a kitchen area which is closed using a curtain, and I didn’t wait with anyone else. I guess if anyone else would arrive while I am waiting, I would think they would ask them to come back at a later stage or better make an appointment at a specific time so that they can ensure that time is yours. That is exactly what I will do next time, just call their mobile number and ask for a time that’s convenient for me and them. I bet that will be a win win for all involved, problem solved.
