Neither of them were at reception when I visited. It was only I believe Jessica. So not sure, I don’t think they really can do anything to compensate. I did explain to them how bad she was but all they did was thank me for the feedback really.

It’s mindblowing to me is that even with some really bad reviews on her, this girl is still on at the shop. I suspect this might be why she no longer works at mirage as she may be really bad.

Hopefully Jesse sees our complaints. This girl has undisputed given me the worst punt I’ve had lol.
