The new prices are down slightly from before for 30 and 45 mins
But the extra $50 for bbbj still makes it too expensive compared to before and also other shops..
I think shops like fireflies and ginza set the market price.
$180 for 30 FS Diamond.
$320 for 1hr FS Diamond.
That leaves the massage NHJ only price between $50 (MAC) and $150 (6 Brisbane +BJ).
So when they come in pricing massage for $180. They're saying +15 massage = FS vs HJ... And that just doesn't compute.
I think if they threw something else in for $180. 45min+FS. They would get all the customers and then all the money.
The problem is of course rent. Shops like Ginza I think own the place rather then rent so they can afford to operate much more cheaply.
I suspect Brothels are a way more capital intensive business than most think and so they are left in hard spots like dying restaurants or just resorting to laundering.
320$ ... No, average rate at GE and GC is 290$ for an hour and this is one of the reasons why Ginza is the best in Australia.
The management at Ginza read the market perfectly. They know that they have to stay under [ average rate ] 300$.

I also stopped going here after the prices shot up. Not really obvious what they do that warrants being so much more expensive than Tokio Studio or Broadway.
i don't know why they keep the 360 shop. 3 girls working and 9 or 10 rooms lol. i was there to see reina again after a few months to see if service improved. it was the same but she does starfish FS now for $100 extra. still not worth it.

Price aside Ginza is one of those that have been most consistent with quality control and lsitening to customer feedback
They used to have more influence and power play in the city in terms of RnT mixed with hybrid FS i'm talking about good ol Linda days
They use to bring in top talent and young girls at "reasonable prices" and then they expanded too quickly and got greedy with the double whammy
Quality of girls and customer service dropped
Prices went up
shop plateaued
Never in my years of punting have i been refused a lineup or told pay first before you can see the girl

I used to go fairly regularly and get free lineups from Linda and get intel on when new girls arrive then i got treated like shit by new management and took my $$$ elsewhere
IMHO follow the girls and the shop if the girls quality is good, reasonable prices and fast response to bookings stick with that
it didnt help when rumours on girls health started circulating and shop did nothing and then it just got worse and worse....
The problem was simply management. Treat customers poorly, treating girls poorly, unreliable about bookings. Refusing to let girls take time off to go to the doctor when they were sick. Fining girls for trivial offences.They drove the customers and girls away.
You forgot to add that alternatives started looking much better.
I find it interesting that they sold off 276 and its now closed, 80 erskine we don't here much, but it seems it only just hanging on because they are stuck with the lease and 360 may pickup if next door goes ahead, but its looking less likely over time.
Compared to say petersham 108, then pyrmont 121, and now darlinghurst 93, (yeah it started with the city rnt), all on similar, why growth there and not cbd 360 ?
customers like stability and reliability.
Similar to marrickville 5 and gladesville 42, both successfull, but which is the real earner ??
I wont continue the examples, but cbd360 doesn't stack too well for the longer term.

A couple of girls at Mirage now I believe used to work at this shop. One told me at previous shop (CBD) she had to work long shifts back to back, and had to deal with a lot of ‘rough’ customers. Took a toll mentally and physically. She didn’t go into detail, but didn’t seem like a good stuation.
How would you rate her? (Looks, service).
I think I saw her in reception at Mirage on Thursday or Friday, but she was in street clothes and I didn’t get a close look at her. Quick impression was she looked fairly good.
When o when will Bomi return?
