You forgot to add that alternatives started looking much better.

I find it interesting that they sold off 276 and its now closed, 80 erskine we don't here much, but it seems it only just hanging on because they are stuck with the lease and 360 may pickup if next door goes ahead, but its looking less likely over time.

Compared to say petersham 108, then pyrmont 121, and now darlinghurst 93, (yeah it started with the city rnt), all on similar, why growth there and not cbd 360 ?

Similar to marrickville 5 and gladesville 42, both successfull, but which is the real earner ??

I wont continue the examples, but cbd360 doesn't stack too well for the longer term.
