There is the one that advertises up towards the sunny coast as well, Irish something or other. She has been around for quite some time.
If any of the massage shops are reading this, can you please outlay a few $$$ and get a room set up with a milking table. First one to do it will have a bunch of guys lining up to give it a go lol.

Ms Elizabeth at Tenerife has a massage table with a hole in it. And she gets under the table for a bit during her service , but it’s not the focus of her offering. I’m sure she could accomodate you if you discussed before hand what you are after .
She is $$$ though for what is ultimately on offer . Been once - was enough for me.

There was an Asian lady who played her trade at a place at Ekibin Road named Tanya who performed a more than adequate milking service on her table with a strategically placed hole. She would position newspapers on the floor to catch any ahem fluids. Probably likely retired maybe someone can confirm.
